User Agreement

Effective Date: June 24, 2026

This User Agreement applies to the official website, downloading, installation, trial, purchase, activation, updating, and software usage of Flare Launchpad (hereinafter referred to as "Flare"). Flare is provided by Nocmt. For questions regarding purchase, download, activation, refund, privacy, or product support, please contact: support@nocmt.com.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

When you download, install, launch, trial, purchase, activate, or continue to use Flare, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and the "Flare Privacy Policy". If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using Flare.

2. Product Description

Flare is a launchpad software designed for Windows 11 and above, used for application searching, launching, grouping, sorting, hiding, changing icons, layout backup and recovery, custom application sources, quick summon, touchpad/mouse interaction, appearance personalization, and update checking. Some features may be affected by system versions, Windows settings, device environments, permissions, third-party services, or future version adjustments.

3. Evaluation and Membership Benefits

Flare supports starting a 7-day free trial on the client. The trial is usually bound to the current device and is intended for you to confirm whether the software fits your workflow before purchasing. The trial is not a refund period.

After an official purchase, you will receive membership benefits for a single Windows 11 or above PC within the scope of the current major version. Membership benefits typically include minor version updates, bug fixes, and compatibility improvements within the current major version. Unless otherwise explicitly stated by official sources, we do not promise free upgrades across major versions.

4. Pricing and Payment

Flare adopts a one-time purchase model. The standard US pricing plan is $19.99, and the current price in the Simplified Chinese region is RMB 68. Different countries or regions may offer different prices based on local markets, taxes, payment transaction fees, exchange rates, and promotional strategies. The final price is subject to what is displayed at the time of payment via Stripe Checkout or on the official purchase page.

Payments are processed by Stripe or other supported payment services. You must abide by the terms and privacy policies of the payment service provider. We do not save complete credit card numbers on our official website.

5. Activation Code and Device Binding

After the payment is completed, you will receive a Flare activation code. Collected activation codes may be displayed on the payment success page or sent via your payment email. You should properly keep the activation code.

Upon activation, Flare binds the license to the current device. Single-device licenses must not be shared or used across multiple devices. If the activation code is already bound to another device, it may not activate on a new device. The current device can attempt to restore the bound license through features like "Restore Activation."

6. Online Verification and Offline Availability

Flare performs online license verification during startup, activation, license restoration, trials, or background refreshes. Once verified, the client saves a short-term license token and signed authorization status.

When the licensing server is temporarily unavailable, Flare may continue to be available as long as the local signed license is still valid and has not exceeded the offline grace period. The offline grace period for a trial license and an official license may differ. Flare may stop unlocking membership features if the server explicitly denies verification, the license expires, device mismatch occurs, the activation code is invalid, or the license is revoked.

7. Refund Policy

Flare's digital licenses, activation codes, installation packages, and membership benefits are virtual goods. No refunds are supported after formal purchase, unless otherwise mandated by law. Please make full use of the 7-day free trial before purchasing to confirm that Flare is suitable for your device environment and usage habits.

If an order becomes invalid due to refund, chargeback, fraud, payment dispute, misuse, breach of agreement, or legal requirement, we reserve the right to revoke or deactivate the corresponding license.

8. Use Restrictions

You must not:

Resell, rent, lease, share, publicly publish, or bulk distribute activation codes.

Bypass, crack, tamper with, or interfere with license verification, device binding, trial limits, or update mechanisms.

Engage in unauthorized reverse engineering, decompiling, cracking, or derivative commercial distribution of Flare, except as expressly permitted by law.

Use Flare to engage in illegal, infringing, destructive, fraudulent activities, or to circumvent security restrictions.

Abuse payment, trial, customer support, license restoration, or update services.

9. Third-Party Services

Flare's payment process may use Stripe. Third-party icon search or download features may access macosicons.com. The official website, updates, emails, and licensing services may also rely on hosting, CDN, email, database, and security service providers. Third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Unavailability, changes, throttling, or termination of third-party services may affect some features.

10. Updates and Feature Changes

Flare may release updates from time to time to fix issues, improve compatibility, adjust interactions, optimize the experience, update licensing rules, or add/remove features. Some updates may be mandatory, especially in scenarios involving security, licensing, payment, compatibility, or critical bug fixes. You should use official channels to obtain updates.

11. Disclaimer of Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flare is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the software will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, always compatible with all devices, system policies, third-party icon sources, application installation methods, or future Windows updates. You are solely responsible for critical configurations, the system environment, and data backups.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, device environment issues, third-party service issues, or losses caused by reasons beyond our reasonable control resulting from the use or inability to use Flare. If liability is required by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for the relevant license, except as otherwise mandated by law.

13. Termination of Agreement

If you violate this Agreement, or in cases of fraud, cracking, abuse, chargebacks, refund-induced license revocation, or illegal use, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license, refuse to provide support, or take necessary security measures. Termination does not affect payments, compliance, dispute resolution, and legal liabilities generated prior to termination.

14. Agreement Updates

We may update this Agreement based on product, licensing, payment, legal, or operational needs. Material changes will be prompted on the official website or within the product in a reasonable manner. Continued use of Flare or completion of new purchases indicates your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
